Stuff I recommend

I ran across this site a couple years ago and find it fun and beneficial.  Sure, it costs to buy things but they are often great deals.  It is spun off Amazon.com.  Check out the Shirts.  They are original creations.  The site is:  

If you have a son or daughter that plays sports, particularly soccer, I know a young man that teaches speed and agility and soccer skills.  He played club level soccer at UNC-Chapel Hill and has coached club teams and a collegiate team locally.  I attribute much of his success to the individual training he received as a youth.  He can be contacted via e-mail at:

 I am fortunate to have healthy children that, beyond the bumps and bruises of growing up, have fared very well medically.  However, so many others are not as lucky.  St. Jude Children's Research Hospital helps children with cancer, leukemia and afflictions that I can't pronounce.  The fact is, they do good work.  As is with many centers that research cures for disease, donations are always needed.  

Below you will find a few tunes.  A little insight into my varied musical interests.

The Wailin' Jennings are a three female Canadian group that I heard on NPR.

I saw Lindsey Stirling on a Christmas show and I found it enjoyable enough to seek out her music. I haven't been disappointed.

Perhaps I can find a way to drop a file of a song I sang while playing my guitar.
