About Me

 My name is Milton.  I am the 3rd of 6 children born to a farmer/auto mechanic father and a farmer/homemaker mother.  I grew up in West Virginia on a 72 acre farm where I learned to milk a cow, drive a tractor, grow a garden, split wood, and make great snow forts.  I graduated from Hinton High School and from West Virginia Institute of Technology.  While at WVIT, I received an AS and two BS degrees.  I worked for the same company once I graduated college in 1983 until 2018 when my job was eliminated.  Since then I have volunteered for a non-profit, worked for Lowe's, held a job that in no way proved man is smarter than a monkey, and held a  job with more challenge and more potential to add to my bottom line. That job fell by way of owner greed.  I am now back at Lowe's and using my life experiences to help others succeed with their DIY projects.  I strive to be a better version of myself each day.

I am 64 and unmarried.  I have been married and divorced twice.  From those two marriages I have two children, both boys, and two step-children, a girl and a boy.  They are all successful in their own right and it helps pride swell in me every day when I think of them.

I have a passion for music.  I play guitar a little and love to sing.  My music collection continues to grow and I constantly seek new and interesting artists.  Pandora, SiriusXM, Spotify, iHeart Radio, Amazon Music and most recently TikTok.  You will find me listening to them all.  I am amazed by the talent of song writers and musicians.
